*Key Responsibilities**

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in managing data entry tasks and creating high-quality Amazon listings. Your responsibilities will include:

Collecting and entering data for assigned projects with accuracy and attention to detail
Creating high-quality Amazon listings that meet arenaflex's high standards
Sharing responsibilities for maintaining Amazon account health with the team
Collaborating with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives
Overseeing and reviewing the work of remote team members to ensure quality and consistency
Managing Brand Registry Listings in the Brand Partnership Program
Performing other duties as assigned by management

*Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Abilities**

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and abilities:

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, with the ability to navigate complex spreadsheets and data sets
Understanding of Amazon Listings and Seller Central, with experience in creating and managing listings
Ability to navigate manufacturer websites and brand data files to gather accurate and up-to-date information
Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivation and a disciplined work ethic, with the ability to work independently most of the time
Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Reliable attendance and work history, with a strong commitment to meeting commitments and deadlines
Ability to multitask and prioritize efficiently, with a focus on delivering high-quality results
Knowledge of aftermarket automotive parts is a plus, but not required

*Education & Qualifications**

To be considered for this role, you'll need to possess a high school diploma or equivalent. While experience in data entry and Amazon listings is preferred, we're open to training and developing the right candidate.

*Compensation & Hours**

arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package that's negotiable and dependent on experience and qualifications. As a full-time, first-shift hybrid position, you'll enjoy a flexible schedule with manager approval following the initial 120-day period. The first 90 days will be an on-site training period, with equipment for remote work provided upon successful completion of the training period.
