- Follow multi-step directions and navigate multiple programs and systems, including QNXT (our primary system for processing claims and data entry)
- Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues and make informed decisions
- Work independently in a virtual environment, with minimal supervision
- Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and share knowledge and best practices
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
- *Essential Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field
- Proficient in computer skills, including typing (40 wpm) and Microsoft Office
- Experience with QNXT or similar systems a plus
- Ability to pass a required assessment within the training period
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a virtual environment
- Comfortable with remote computer learning and willing to learn new systems and processes
