  • *Job Summary:**

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks, including refining exchange deal transactions in client accounts, identifying and addressing discrepancies between TD Ameritrade and fund businesses or transfer representatives. You will also be responsible for processing Corporate Activity Activities, settling and reconciling transactions activity, and processing and reconciling dividend activity. Additionally, you may be required to conduct research on complex escalated concerns, test and validate new technology augmentations, and vendor adjustments.

  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • Refine exchange deal transactions in client accounts and identify discrepancies between TD Ameritrade and fund businesses or transfer representatives
  • Process Corporate Activity Activities, settle and reconcile transactions activity, and process and reconcile dividend activity
  • Conduct research on complex escalated concerns and provide recommendations for resolution
  • Test and validate new technology augmentations and vendor adjustments
  • Collaborate with Retail and Institutional Service Teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of client transactions
  • Interact with TD Ameritrade Clearing and fund companies, transfer brokers, converse organizations, and other outside business partners to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth operations
  • Evaluate and interpret registration arrangements or transactions requests for Client/Advisor level exemptions
  • Reconcile Field, Dividend, and Move Breaks across BOS and Fund Business
  • Provide method or technology service options to Control to resolve issues and improve processes
  • Remedy transactions issues with the Fund or Opposite Company Customer or Business Partner
  • Answer service companion questions concerning Fund specific requirements/eligibility
  • Provide action on Alternative Investment transactions to expedite the client request or remediate not in good order concerns
  • Timely and accurate completion of customer exchanging and dividend demands
  • *Essential Qualifications:**
  • 2+ years of experience in data entry, reconciliation, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with Salesforce
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements, such as 2340 and 15C3-3
  • *Preferred Qualifications:**
  • Experience working in the financial industry, particularly in Alternative Investments
  • Knowledge of tax programming and coding
  • Experience with internal/external system improvements or issues
  • Familiarity with TD Ameritrade Clearing and fund companies, transfer brokers, converse organizations, and other outside business partners
  • Certification in data entry, reconciliation, or a related field
