- *Job Summary:**
We're seeking an experienced Data Entry & Customer Service Representative to join our team in San Diego, CA. As a Data Entry & Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, processing customer information, and performing various administrative tasks to support the growth and success of arenaflex.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Process customer information, including data entry and updates, to ensure accurate and up-to-date records
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, or in-person to discuss end-of-term options, lease renewals, and other relevant topics
- Set and manage call back dates and statuses in our system to ensure timely follow-up with customers
- Send notification letters and other correspondence to customers as required
- Process returned mail and titles, and follow up with customers to ensure resolution
- Complete 90-day checklists with customers to ensure accurate and thorough information
- Process tickets, tolls, violations, registrations, recall notices, plate release letters, extension letters, and excise taxes as necessary
- Initiate inspection processes with inspection companies and follow up until appointments are set or vehicles are purchased
- Scan inspection reports and turn in receipts as completed
- Apply knowledge of arenaflex products and services to efficiently process customer information and respond to inquiries and complaints
- Utilize diplomacy skills to resolve customer issues and concerns
- Maintain updated, organized electronic files in our application
- Analyze customer accounts and make corrections and/or modifications to files as necessary
- Contact customers to obtain missing information or data to ensure accurate customer databases
- Traces and expedites past due terminations to ensure lessee and financial institution satisfaction
- Train new Customer Service staff as requested
- *Qualifications:**
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
- **Language Ability:** Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
- **Math Ability:** Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
- **Reasoning Ability:** Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
- **Computer Skills:** Knowledge of Data Scan, Microsoft Outlook, and Seamless Lease Connection.
- **Education/Experience:** Less than one year related experience or training.
