- *Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a remote basis. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for entering information into our maintenance history database, auditing paperwork and input for inaccuracies, and completing any necessary filing. You will also be responsible for ordering materials and supplies via multiple online ordering systems and providing backup assistance when necessary.
- *Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
- Enters information taken from Equipment Repair Orders and enters into the maintenance history database (Repair Tool)
- Audits paperwork and input for inaccuracies and missing information. May include having to follow-up and correct any records
- Enters information into other online databases
- Completes any necessary filing
- Responsible for ordering materials & supplies via multiple online ordering systems to include follow-up on missing or delayed shipments
- Ability to train new Data Entry Clerks, advise less experienced staff, and provide backup assistance when necessary
- Performs other related duties as directed by supervisor
- *Minimum Required Qualifications**
- Education or experience equivalent to a high school diploma is required
- At least five years related experience is required
- *Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities**
- Basic knowledge of personal computer operations
- English (reading, writing, verbal)
- Basic math skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
- *Physical Demands**
This is a stationary position that requires frequent sitting or standing, repetitive wrist motions, grasping, speaking, listening, close vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus. It also may require occasional lifting, carrying, walking, climbing, kneeling, bending/stooping, twisting, pulling/pushing, walking, bending, stooping, and reaching above the shoulder. This position also may require the occasional lifting of equipment up to 50 lbs.

As a remote Data Entry Clerk, you will work from home and have the flexibility to manage your schedule. You will have access to our online systems and tools, and will be able to communicate with our team through email, phone, and video conferencing.
