- *Key Responsibilities:**
As a Data Entry Clerk or Document Specialist and Salesforce Expert at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Converting contract and pricing update information captured by the revenue realization team into data format required for entry into the system
- Utilizing Salesforce to extract, format, and ensure the integrity and accuracy of data
- Maintaining Excel-based reports, templates, and uploading documents
- Assisting in the implementation of process improvements to optimize data collection, file preparation, data validation, and data entry
- *Qualifications:**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, or a related field (or a combination of an active pursuit of said degree and relevant experience)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- A detail-oriented approach with a commitment to maintaining data accuracy and integrity
