  • *Key Responsibilities**

As a Data Entry Clerk, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Entering and updating medical equipment records into designated databases, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Collaborating with Biomedical Engineering staff to develop and document testing requirements for medical equipment.
  • Assisting in creating and maintaining preventive maintenance (PM) schedules for medical systems.
  • Generating standard reports, such as PM scheduling, new equipment lists, task lists, and completion reports.
  • Providing reports to leadership and technical staff as needed.
  • Pulling and compiling data from multiple resources, including Archibus, Protek, and Sunport MA system.
  • *Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage repetitive, high-volume data entry.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • *Preferred Qualifications**

While not required, we encourage candidates with:

  • An Associate's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow, Crystal Reporting, or SQL.
