- *Responsibilities**
- Use Excel and Salesforce to monitor and update data in a timely manner, ensuring that all fields and records are complete and meet required standards.
- Identify gaps, inconsistencies, or missing data within the system and ensure timely follow-up for correction.
- Conduct regular data validation checks to identify inaccuracies or discrepancies in lead information.
- Prepare reports detailing missing or incomplete data and communicate these findings to the sales team.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales Team to address missing data and ensure that leads are properly qualified.
- Provide necessary updates and follow up with the sales team to ensure data is being corrected or qualified based on the information provided.
- Process Improvement: + Work within guidelines and tools to streamline data quality processes, aiming to reduce operational costs.+ Proactively suggest improvements to current data handling practices to enhance the overall quality and efficiency of data management.+ Follow established guidelines and workflows to ensure consistency in data entry and reporting.+ Document and report any challenges or deviations from standard processes to leadership for further action.
- *Required Qualifications**
- Proven experience in data entry, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency with Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis) and experience working with Salesforce.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to follow specific instructions and adhere to guidelines provided by internal tools and processes.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- A proactive approach to identifying and resolving data-related issues in a timely manner.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Experience in sales or lead qualification processes is a plus, but not required.
