We're seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our team and contribute to the development of our global client support reporting and insights capabilities. As a Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for creating and maintaining client support dashboards and reports, analyzing large datasets, and providing expert-level support to our seller partners.   • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Create and maintain worldwide client support dashboards and reports for both internal partners and seller partners within various Business Intelligence (BI) tools like Tableau
  • Collaborate with the arenaflex Information Perception team to migrate ad-hoc Tableau dashboards into arenaflex's custom data visualization tools
  • Extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in client support data
  • Provide level one support to seller partners and data consumers, working closely with Information Design teams to ensure timely resolution of data integrity issues
  • Train and educate clients on how to effectively use and interpret reports and data
  • Develop and maintain cutting-edge documentation, including data dictionaries, report definitions, and best practices
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements, business processes, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Prepare and deliver regular executive-level reports on status, insights, and trends to inform and drive business decisions
  • Design and implement comprehensive and predictable methodologies, tools, and processes related to dashboard maintenance and reporting support
  • *Essential Qualifications**
  • A bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Business, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • 4+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, and business acumen, preferably in a client support or related functional setting
  • Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar
  • Proven ability to design and develop complex reports, dashboards, and insights that drive operational improvements
  • Experience working with large datasets and performing data cleansing, transformation, and validation to ensure data accuracy and integrity
  • Project/program management, process improvement, influencing, presenting, and consulting skills
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills – the ability to convey complex ideas in simple terms, engaging diverse audiences to drive results
  • *Preferred Qualifications**
  • Master's degree in a quantitative field or related experience
  • Experience with data warehousing, ETL, and data governance
  • Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and big data technologies
  • Certification in data analysis, business intelligence, or related field
