As a Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to inform business decisions, developing and maintaining databases, and providing data-driven insights to support business growth. • *Essential Qualifications**

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a business or entertainment industry setting
• Proficiency in SQL, with the ability to extract and join data from various sources
• Strong quantitative thinking and analytical skills
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to create clear and concise visualizations

• *Preferred Qualifications**

• Experience with data handling tools, such as SPSS, Q, or MarketSight
• Experience with survey tools, such as Translate, Qualtrics, or SurveyMonkey
• Experience working with large datasets and big data technologies, such as Snowflake, Databricks, or similar
• Knowledge of R, Python, SAS, STATA, or similar programming languages
• Postgraduate education in Statistical Analysis or Measurement
• Quantitative analysis background, either provider-side or client-side
• Experience with analyzing survey data to extract meaningful insights
• Experience with membership-based plans of action and procedures
