• *What We Are Looking For**

We are seeking a well-rounded Data Analyst with a unique blend of technical expertise and business acumen to join our Customer Success Analytics team. As a remote role, this position will support our Engagement Managers, provide technical expertise, and improve our code base. • *Key Responsibilities**

• Provide technical expertise to Engagement Managers, answering analytics questions, and summarizing results
• Analyze data to discover trends, root causes, anomalies, and other concerns to drive value for customers
• Validate customer concerns and develop solutions, responses, or recommendations
• Experience with time series data analysis on large amounts of data
• Working with large amounts of data by writing and editing SQL queries
• Maintaining and improving data pipelines written in Python, ideally with experience using the Kedro framework
• Developing, monitoring, and iterating on production ML models (Machine Learning) is a plus and a huge differentiator
• Automotive or telematics data experience is a plus

• *Security and Privacy Responsibilities**

• Follow arenaflex's policy and procedure documents related to security and privacy
• Follow the guidelines in the Employee Handbook
• Follow the OWASP Top 10 guidelines when implementing and reviewing code
• Participate in new hire and annual training for security and privacy
• Treat data security and privacy as one of your primary job responsibilities
• Report Security Incidents you discover as bugs
• Get approval from the Security Team before adding new 3rd party software to our codebase
• Explicitly consider security implications when doing PR reviews

• *Essential Qualifications**

• 3-6 years of experience working as a full-time data analyst
• Proficient in Python
• Comfortable exploring and answering questions with data and SQL
• Experience owning a project from design to implementation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• *Preferred Qualifications**

• Experience with developing, monitoring, and iterating on production ML models (Machine Learning)
• Automotive or telematics data experience
• Experience with time series data analysis on large amounts of data
