We are seeking an experienced Customs Trade Coordinator to join our remote team. As a Customs Trade Coordinator, you will be responsible for processing customs documentation, managing shipments, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.   • Process customs documentation, including import and export declarations, certificates of origin, and commercial invoices
  • Manage shipments, including tracking and tracing, and ensuring timely delivery

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as international business, logistics, or supply chain management
  • At least 6 months of experience in customs trade, logistics, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of customs regulations and procedures, including import and export laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external clients
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, and as part of a team
  • *Preferred Qualifications**
  • HS Certificate or GED required
  • Industry experience preferred, but not required
  • Experience with data entry and record-keeping systems
  • Familiarity with customs software and systems, including ACE and AES
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
