We are seeking an experienced Customs Trade Coordinator to join our remote team. As a Customs Trade Coordinator, you will be responsible for processing customs documentation, managing shipments, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. - Process customs documentation, including import and export declarations, certificates of origin, and commercial invoices
- Manage shipments, including tracking and tracing, and ensuring timely delivery

- At least 6 months of experience in customs trade, logistics, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of customs regulations and procedures, including import and export laws and regulations

- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook

- HS Certificate or GED required
- Industry experience preferred, but not required
- Experience with data entry and record-keeping systems
- Familiarity with customs software and systems, including ACE and AES
