As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. - Deliver an exceptional customer experience by responding to inbound phone calls and/or chats for car help clients
- Review and troubleshoot client issues for possible solutions and remote diagnostics
- Educate clients on how to self-serve, including directing them to our self-assist website and scheduling appointments with our local service team
- Provide an exceptional experience to our clients on a daily basis
- Accurately record issues and data into our CRM/Vehicle Support System
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve our customer support processes
- Participate in training and development programs to stay up-to-date on new technologies and best practices

- Minimum 2 years of applicable work experience
- High School degree or GED
- Evidence of excellent skills and abilities
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to prioritize efficiently and manage multiple priorities
- Flexible schedule; schedules rotate every 6 months
- Proficient with MS Windows, Office, and Outlook, as well as ability to navigate multiple internal systems
- Understanding of basic automotive principles related to towing and service of vehicle systems
- Ability to observe oral and written commands with attention to detail
- Willingness to research new and modern automotive technologies
- Ability to establish and maintain positive, cooperative working relationships
- Effectively manage multiple priorities, prepare workload, and meet deadlines
