As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing detailed documentation of processes and configurations for our SaaS products, ensuring seamless onboarding and support experiences for our clients
  • Delivering tier 2 support for application issues, identifying root causes and proposing effective solutions that meet client needs
  • Engaging in cross-functional dialogue with development teams to inform development prioritizations and client implementations
  • Utilizing SQL for data management tasks, including importing and exporting data, to ensure efficient and accurate data processing
  • Managing multiple customer support issues with excellent organizational skills, prioritizing tasks and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of SQL experience, including knowledge of select statements, complex joins, and data management
  • Proven ability to provide positive customer service and effective communication skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Solid experience in data management using Excel, Access, and MS SQL Server
  • Excellent organizational skills to handle multiple customer support issues effectively, prioritizing tasks and managing competing demands

  • Experience with MS Project or equivalent software, with a focus on project planning and execution
