As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive the support they need to succeed. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Responding to technical and non-technical service inquiries from clients, utilizing your in-depth knowledge of arenaflex's software solutions
- Identifying root causes of client issues and resolving them efficiently, exceeding client expectations on response quality and timeliness
- Collaborating with the development team to provide critical system issue updates and feedback
- Creating and reviewing knowledge base content to promote support scalability and improve self-service capabilities
- Providing technical mentoring to clients and educating the team on prominent product information, releases, bugs, and status updates
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, pushing creative thinking to drive process improvements
- *Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- 6 months of experience working with Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
- 1 year of experience working in a B2B SaaS environment (preferred)
- Help desk or contact center experience (required)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Passion for customer success and experience, with a focus on putting the client first
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and prioritize caseload effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Adherence to all company confidentiality and compliance regulations, including HIPAA
