  • *Key Responsibilities**

As a Customer Support Service Representative on our STAT Team, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing world-class customer service to clients, patients, and internal teams via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolving routine customer requests and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Educating customers on our products and services, ensuring they understand their needs and solutions
  • Qualifying and establishing new customers, working closely with sales teams to drive business growth
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Participating in activities designed to improve business performance and customer satisfaction
  • Performing administrative tasks, such as medical record management and CRM data maintenance, to ensure HIPAA compliance

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a contact center or call center environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent listening and response abilities
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and Laboratory Information Systems (LIS) is preferred
  • Experience in the healthcare industry, such as a physician's office or hospital, is highly valued
  • Strong multitasking abilities, flexibility, and adaptability to changing priorities
