Position Overview
As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional support to customers of one of the nation's leading tax preparation software providers. In this position, you will assist taxpayers via phone, chat, and video chat platforms, helping them navigate the tax software, locate previous tax returns, and understand the amendment process.

Key Responsibilities
Your primary responsibilities as a Customer Support Representative will include:

Schedule Details

- Available hours span from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM CST, seven days a week

Compensation and Earnings

- Base Rate: Earn up to $19 per hour
- Performance Bonuses: Contractors who meet or exceed key metrics earn an average equivalent of $16-$19/hour during peak times (January through April)
