  • Proficiency in using computers, both for data entry and navigation through systems and the web to find information to support customers
  • Ability to adapt to change with the business needs of the organization
  • Flexibility to adjust schedule and work beyond 40 hours depending on the situation by the specialty unit
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to pass a personal investigation
  • *Preferred Qualifications**
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, business, communications)
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • *Technical Requirements**
  • A dedicated workspace that is large enough to accommodate computer screens and is free from distractions, including background noise that may impact the customer experience
  • A workspace that is suitable for webcam use
