As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, building loyalty, and ensuring high satisfaction levels. You'll be responsible for assisting customers with their queries, addressing technical issues, and providing comprehensive information about our products and services, including our GPS telematics system (Geotab). Your primary goal will be to create a positive and lasting impression on our customers, driving loyalty and retention.

- Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and live meetings on Google Meet/Microsoft Teams, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
- Provide comprehensive information about our products and services, including the GPS telematics system (Geotab), to customers and internal teams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, analyzing data using Excel reports and Pivot Tables to assist customers.
- Document and update customer records based on interactions, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct quarterly customer calls to engage and address ongoing concerns.
- Continuously learn and stay updated on evolving products and services to provide relevant support.
