  • **E-mail & Chat Support:** Respond to and complete all assigned messages or contacts, addressing customer questions and issues in a timely and professional manner. Properly enter customer information and resolution in the relevant ticketing system.
  • **Skill Improvement:** Continuously strive to enhance your cognitive and customer service skills, including proficiency with supported products, problem-solving ability, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Stay up-to-date with support resources provided by arenaflex and its clients.
  • **Communication:** Provide feedback on support issues, resolutions, or suggestions to your immediate supervisor or department manager. Share trends, issues, and solutions with supervisors and management to ensure continuous improvement.
  • **Support Coworkers:** Offer procedural advice and assistance to other representatives, promoting a collaborative and supportive work environment.
  • **Client Relationships:** Foster positive working relationships with support clients, ensuring their needs are met, and their expectations are exceeded.
