  • *What you can expect to be doing:**
  • Dealing with all queries that come in through live chat, email, and social media
  • Troubleshooting technical issues and optimizing user experience
  • Reporting bugs and UX issues to other members of the team
  • Active participation in app growth and development
  • Collaborating with our talented team of designers, developers, customer service professionals, marketers, banking experts, and entrepreneurs to deliver exceptional customer experiences
