  • *What You'll Do**

As a Customer Support Executive at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that our customer support remains best-in-class. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring that customer care channels, including email inbox, live chat, and phone calls, are monitored, and responses are quick, friendly, professional, and helpful.
  • Taking care of all Global Suppliers who are already listing their stock on arenaflex.
  • Supporting suppliers by providing quick, honest advice and confident and clear responses.
  • Supporting global operations team by getting quick answers from the suppliers by following up with them.
  • Confidently answering any questions asked about arenaflex, and its offering, and who best to redirect an enquiry to.
  • Continuously contributing ideas on how arenaflex's service, process, and systems can be improved.
  • Welcoming new enquiries to arenaflex, informing them of our processes, policies, brand, background.
  • Developing an in-depth knowledge of our products & the brand and conveying this with pride & enthusiasm to customers.
  • Building a strong internal network in order to efficiently communicate and coordinate with other functions, such as Fulfillment, Sales, Operations, Tech, Finance, and Product.
  • Keeping Suppliers well-informed of changes to their orders, deliveries, returns.
  • Completing tasks at a quick pace with effective management.
  • Recording issues and working with other teams to improve customer experience.
  • *What You'll Need**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • To be Mumbai-based and a fluent English speaker.
  • Excellent and courteous written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in a customer service and facing role, with a willingness to learn.
  • Knowledge of diamonds is preferable but not required.
  • To be responsible and reliable.
  • Excellent people skills and compassion.
  • A team player who can collaborate with wider teams.
  • Passionate about great customer service.
  • Ability to manage time effectively.
  • Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
