We're seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Support Associates. As a Customer Support Associate, you'll be responsible for:

  • Qualifying callers for programs, products, or services offered by our clients through outbound and inbound calls
  • Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and answering questions to the best of your ability
  • Working with a variety of clients, including appointment scheduling, insurance lead qualification, patient recruitment, and medical appointment setting
  • Utilizing your problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns when necessary
  • Collaborating with your team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products and services
  • *Requirements**

To be successful as a Customer Support Associate, you'll need:

  • A High School Diploma or GED
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Windows-based operating systems, including Google Chrome
  • Ability to demonstrate product knowledge once the nesting period is complete
  • Adaptability in a fast-changing environment
  • A computer at home that meets the minimum workstation requirements:
  • + Processor: Intel Core i5 2.1GHz or better or AMD equivalent (Ryzen 5 or better)+ Operating System: Windows 10 (32-bit / 64-bit) or higher+ RAM: 8GB or more
  • A webcam
  • High-speed internet access with a download speed of at least 100 and upload speed of at least 10
  • A quiet workspace with a dedicated desk
  • Ability to attend a full 2-week mandatory virtual training Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm EST (8am-4pm CST)
