As a Customer Support Associate, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate manner, primarily through phone communication
  • Identifying customer needs and guiding them in utilizing specific features effectively
  • Updating our internal databases with detailed information on technical issues and valuable customer interactions
  • Monitoring customer complaints on social media platforms and proactively offering assistance to resolve issues
  • Collaborating with team members by sharing feature requests and effective workarounds
  • Keeping customers informed about new features and functionalities
  • Collecting and analyzing customer feedback, and communicating insights to the Product, Sales, and Marketing teams
  • Assisting in training and mentoring junior Customer Support Representatives
  • *Requirements and Skills**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven experience as a Customer Support Specialist or in a similar customer service role
  • Familiarity with the banking, telecom, or related industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in using help desk software and remote support tools
  • Understanding of CRM systems and their functionality
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to multitask effectively
  • Patience and composure when handling challenging customer cases
  • *Qualifications**
  • Graduation in any discipline or equivalent
  • Fluent English communication skills are essential
  • 0 to 8 years of experience in Customer Support or any international BPO
  • Previous experience in the customer service industry will be advantageous
  • Openness to work in night shifts or rotational shifts as required
  • Candidates with backlogs or arrears in their degree are not eligible
