**Experienced Customer Success Specialist (L1 Support) – Technical Support and Customer Service**

- *About the Role**
As a Customer Success Specialist (L1 Support) at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive the best possible experience. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing comprehensive support via phone, chat, email, and remote access to customers
- Offering technical support (hardware and IT/Server/Network related) to customers
- Working on the support task list in Zendesk
- Defining, reporting, and following up on issues, and documenting solutions in Zendesk to keep track of history and statistics
- Reporting news or issues in team meetings or to the Team Leader
- Reporting product errors in internal tools in English
- Participating in team meetings and sharing knowledge and information
- *Required Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Ongoing or complete bachelor's degree in IT or related fields
- Proven track record in a customer service role
- Solid experience in ERP Support
- Knowledge of remote support tools
- Experience with CRM or ticket systems, preferably Zendesk
- Proficiency in Excel
- Advanced English (C1+)
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Experience with SQL

While not required, having the following skills and experience would be a plus:
- Accounting knowledge
