  • *About the Role**

As a Customer Success Specialist (L1 Support) at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive the best possible experience. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing comprehensive support via phone, chat, email, and remote access to customers
  • Offering technical support (hardware and IT/Server/Network related) to customers
  • Working on the support task list in Zendesk
  • Defining, reporting, and following up on issues, and documenting solutions in Zendesk to keep track of history and statistics
  • Reporting news or issues in team meetings or to the Team Leader
  • Reporting product errors in internal tools in English
  • Participating in team meetings and sharing knowledge and information
  • *Required Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Ongoing or complete bachelor's degree in IT or related fields
  • Proven track record in a customer service role
  • Solid experience in ERP Support
  • Knowledge of remote support tools
  • Experience with CRM or ticket systems, preferably Zendesk
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Advanced English (C1+)
  • Ability to work flexible hours
  • Experience with SQL

While not required, having the following skills and experience would be a plus:

  • Accounting knowledge
