Job Summary

About the Role

In this role, you will:


  • Support customers in achieving their financial goals through a variety of channels, including phone, text, chat, video chat, and more.

  • Proactively seek out ways to improve our financial products and services, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.

  • Offer ideas and solutions for the customer success group, driving innovation and customer satisfaction.

  • Perform moderately complex research to resolve complex customer problems, communicating with other departments to resolve customer issues.

  • Receive direction from management and escalate non-routine questions when answering inquiries or resolving issues, providing best-in-class customer experience.

  • Adhere to work guidelines, policies, and regulations, ensuring compliance and risk management.

  • Interact with management, peers, and external customers on products, services, or customer segments, building strong relationships and driving customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:


  • 2+ years of experience in assessing and meeting the needs of customers or solving customer problems, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.

  • Strong understanding of financial products and services, including credit, market, financial crimes, operational, and regulatory compliance.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex customer issues.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality in all aspects of the role.

Desired Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:


  • Experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences.

  • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance, including anti-money laundering and know-your-customer requirements.

  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software, including salesforce.com.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex customer issues.

  • Ability to work in a team environment, collaborating with internal stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction and growth.
