As a Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
### Customer Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary contact for onboarding, training, and ongoing support for customers, ensuring a seamless experience from day one.

### Onboarding & Training
- Guide new customers through the onboarding process, providing personalized support and training to ensure a smooth implementation of our product or service.

### Customer Retention & Growth
