  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • Work closely with our largest and most important customers to identify and resolve issues, ensuring their success with our Amazon Redshift Service
  • Collaborate with pre-sales teams to onboard large-scale customers, providing expert guidance and support to ensure seamless onboarding experiences
  • Automate repetitive processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort
  • Develop deep understanding of customer use-cases and configurations, as well as our system architecture, to inform product roadmap decisions and prioritize features
  • Communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders, including customers, sales teams, and product managers
  • Prioritize operational issues and work closely with business and support teams to resolve them efficiently
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in data analytics and cloud computing, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement within our organization
  • *Essential Qualifications:**
  • 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a technical or engineering capacity
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving customer success
  • Strong technical skills, including experience with cloud-based data warehousing solutions, data analytics, and software development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements
  • *Preferred Qualifications:**
  • Experience working with Amazon Redshift or other cloud-based data warehousing solutions
  • Knowledge of data analytics and machine learning concepts, including data modeling, data visualization, and predictive analytics
  • Experience with software development, including programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++
  • Certification in data analytics, cloud computing, or a related field
  • Experience working in a customer success or account management role, preferably in a SaaS or cloud-based environment
