As a Customer Services Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our students, faculty, staff, parents, and guests. To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
- **Education:** High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- **Experience:** 1 year of experience in a fast-paced customer service environment; 2 years of experience preferred
- **Expertise:** + Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills+ Ability to communicate effectively in English+ Valid CA driver's license required+ Basic mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills+ Analytical skills and ability to take initiatives
