Our Revenue Cycle Management Division is a critical component of our business, and we're seeking a skilled Client Customer Service Support Representative to join our team. As a representative of arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work with physician offices, hospital laboratories, patients, and internal customers to ensure that all client needs are addressed accurately and efficiently.

  • *Job Description**

As a Client Customer Service Support Representative, you'll be responsible for providing world-class customer service to our clients. You'll work closely with our Contact Center team to resolve denied claims, provide product education, and handle a wide variety of questions. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our clients receive the highest level of service and support, and that their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

  • *Responsibilities**
  • Follow approved SOPs to update and provide necessary information to resolve denied claims
  • Continuously evaluate current policies and SOPs and provide recommendations for process improvements
  • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
  • Read and understand explanation of benefits or correspondence
  • Document all activity made to a claim
  • Communicate via telephone with physicians, insurance companies, and patients
  • Utilize tools to verify eligibility, claim status, and/or to obtain better billing information
  • *Requirements**
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • REMOTE WORK:
  • + Dedicated work-from-home space+ Ability to manage time and tasks independently while maintaining productivity+ Previous medical and/or call center experience a plus
  • *Technical Requirements**
  • Internet download speed of at least 50 megabytes per second
  • No satellite internet
  • Ability to connect equipment to router/modem with Ethernet cord. Equipment cannot be connected through Wi-Fi, mobile routers, or mobile hotspot with Ethernet port.

  • *Pay Range**

The pay range for this position is $15.25 - $21.00.

Monday-Thursday 9 AM to 6 PM EST, Friday 8 AM to 5 PM EST
