  • Routinely utilizing multiple resources to resolve patient inquiries while on the phone
  • Maintaining performance goals and becoming proficient with processes after completing a structured training program

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent
  • The ability to work and learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency navigating multiple computer screens and applications
  • Alpha-Numeric data entry proficiency
