As a Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our customers and clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Processing orders, verifying customer information, and providing timely and thorough communication with clients and customers
- Overseeing a variety of customers, including complex cases, and escalating questions to supervisors as necessary
- Grouping orders for largest truck loads to optimize cost savings and bracket pricing qualification
- Requesting appointments for loads as needed and grouping and tripping customer pickup loads
- Addressing potential order issues, gathering and tracking order details, and researching discrepancies
- Collaborating with the supply chain team to mitigate inventory issues and participate in Hormel/Customer calls as scheduled
- Providing feedback and insight, communicating regularly with management, and advising on critical issues or opportunities
- Performing some training and vacation/out of office back-up duties
