As a Customer Service/Sales Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and building strong relationships with our clients. This is a hybrid role, offering the flexibility to work from home and our remote office, allowing you to balance your work and personal life.

  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Manage and assign emails, ensuring timely and efficient communication with customers and vendors
  • Process invoices from suppliers, deliver customer invoices, and receive payments from customers
  • Enter tracking numbers into our ERP and eCommerce websites, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
  • Manage high-volume phone calls from customers and vendors, providing verbal and email quotes, and communicating with vendors to confirm price and availability
  • Process orders with vendors and confirm order acknowledgments, keeping track of backorders and following up with vendors and customers with ship dates
  • Prepare and reconcile monthly payments to vendors, keeping track of past-due invoices
  • Maintain confidential financial documentation, requiring minimal supervision to complete work and meet deadlines
  • *Essential Qualifications**
  • 3 years of experience in e-commerce, support, and sales
  • Excellent verbal, written, and typing skills
  • Highly detail-oriented, with a proactive work ethic and communication
  • High-level organizational skills, with a friendly and patient demeanor in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience in eCommerce software
  • Knowledge of industrial equipment, supplies, filtration, or compressed air equipment is a bonus
  • Ability to maintain confidential financial documentation
