As a Customer Service Sales Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for continuing subscriptions and trials to existing customers, utilizing state-of-the-art technology and client relationship management systems. You will be expected to deliver sales results that meet client performance objectives, while also adhering to standard contact procedures and operational processes.

  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Contact existing customers on behalf of arenaflex, utilizing state-of-the-art technology and client relationship management systems
  • Upgrade or resubscribe their services, delivering sales results that meet client performance objectives
  • Deliver productivity results (contacts/hour, sales per hour, accuracy) that meet client performance objectives
  • Adhere to standard contact procedures and attempt to build relationships, build support for client products and services, and overcome prospect objections
  • Adhere to operational processes, PCI compliance, client standards, and program standards
  • *Requirements**
  • Must be a resident of the state where arenaflex operates
  • Private and secure workspace at home, free from background noise or distractions
  • Sales, Call Center, Upselling, Retail Sales, or Customer Service Experience are highly preferred
  • Professional vocabulary
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Assertive, quick thinking
  • Excellent schedule adherence and attendance
  • Prior work-from-home call center experience is a plus!
  • Good computer skills

  • Must provide your own Computer or Laptop
