  • Basic technical knowledge is required, with the ability to understand and articulate technical concepts (basic IT technologies).
  • Industry-standard certifications are preferred but not required (technical positions).
  • Amenable to work on shifting schedules and be assigned in the account location.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and other applications.
