As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our members through inbound calls, emails, and other communication channels.   • Answer inbound calls and respond to member inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate and helpful information to members about their pharmacy benefit plans, including prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions.
  • Resolve member complaints and concerns in a fair and timely manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional service to members.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and products.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards.
  • *Essential Qualifications**
  • 1 year of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military experience.
  • Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications.
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience.
  • *Preferred Qualifications**
  • Associates degree or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to problem-solve in a positive, productive manner.
  • Comfortable relating to customers in a patient, helpful way that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving the customer quality of life.

  • At least 6 months of healthcare experience.
