As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our clients and their members. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls, setting appointments, and performing presentations to members of unions that request our benefits
  • Utilizing basic computer knowledge to complete necessary paperwork and maintain accurate records
  • Participating in quality control initiatives to ensure exceptional service standards are met
  • Collaborating with leadership to develop and implement strategies for improving customer satisfaction and service delivery
  • Interacting effectively with all levels of management and employees to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
  • *Key Responsibilities**

  • Ability to interact effectively with people and groups, with a focus on building strong relationships and delivering exceptional service
  • Customer Service and/or Customer Sales experience preferred, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management and employees, with a focus on seamless communication and collaboration
  • Legally authorized to work in the US/Canada
