  • *The Role**

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for scheduling and coordinating rides to medical facilities for customers who are unable to drive themselves. Our goal is to ensure they can get to and from their medical appointments on time with minimal effort or stress. You'll achieve this by making the scheduling process as smooth, simple, and painless for our customers as possible.

  • *Day-to-Day Responsibilities**
  • Schedule routes and dispatch trips to various medical providers
  • Assist in coordinating mass transportation when needed
  • Administer trips for volunteer/independent drivers and mileage reimbursement programs
  • Work closely with transportation providers and healthcare facilities to resolve problems
  • Assign reservations to network providers to ensure efficient use of vehicle resources and meet client demand
  • Communicate daily with transportation providers to ensure seamless operations
  • Ensure accurate trip data input to minimize errors and delays in timelines
  • *Skills & Experience Needed**
  • High level of patience, empathy, and care for customers
  • At least 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience in an inbound call center environment with heavy phone volume and data entry (preferably)
  • Prior in-bound call center experience (preferably)
  • Excellent customer service and phone skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to work independently or within a team
