- Provide exceptional customer service through various digital and phone modalities, including phone, chat, social media, and email
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Follow all customer service procedures, best-practices, and policies
- Action all digital and phone contacts, while staying within SLA (service level agreement) times for all mediums
- Multitask and prioritize tasks to meet customer needs and deadlines
- Collaborate with management and administration to complete additional duties and tasks as required

- High school degree or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer support, client services, or a related field
- Social media experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills and experience with tracking and recording call information, filing documents, or updating customer profiles/accounts
