As a Customer Service Representative on our Virtual Apron Support Team, you'll be responsible for:

  • Creating an effortless customer experience through phone interactions, email, chat, and email inquiries
  • Utilizing a uniform script to place outbound calls to customers from leads obtained from various marketing sources
  • Scheduling new appointments, confirming, rescheduling, or canceling appointments by validating customer information and project qualification
  • Answering inbound calls from internal and external customers who have been referred through a store associate, internet lead, or other source
  • Resolving customer conflicts and escalations in a professional and timely manner
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide complete end-to-end issue resolution
  • Adhering to arenaflex processes and policies to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • *Essential Qualifications**
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to negotiate, handle complaints, settle disputes, and resolve grievances with both internal and external customers
