  • Utilizing a personal computer with Windows 11, a minimum of 8GB RAM, and a stable Ethernet LAN connection to ensure seamless communication and data exchange.
  • *Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**
  • First Call Resolution (FCR) rate of 80% or higher
  • Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) score of 90% or higher
  • Average Handling Time (AHT) of 5 minutes or less
  • Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 50 or higher
  • *Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Logical problem-solving skills and the ability to handle a high volume of calls, ensuring that each interaction is efficient and effective.
  • Availability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Proficiency with Windows operating systems and the ability to type 25 words per minute (wpm) or higher.
  • A minimum of a High School Diploma or GED.
  • At least 18 years of age with predictable and reliable attendance.
