- Assisting patients with deciphering and entering new or reorder medications into the pharmacy data system

- A Bachelor's Degree
- A valid IL Pharmacy Technician License or the ability to obtain one
- At least one year of experience in a customer service role, handling and resolving a high volume of complex customer needs via phone
- One year of experience working with Windows-based applications, including Windows, Microsoft Office, web navigation, and email applications
- One year of PC keyboarding experience, skills, and proficiency
