- *What You'll Do**
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Providing advanced client support via phone, email, or chat, resolving complex issues and answering questions related to our DIY online and software tax products
- Interpreting clients' needs, utilizing software solutions and troubleshooting skills to identify practical solutions
- Utilizing software solutions, knowledge base, and computer systems to resolve and track user incidents
- Identifying potential security issues and escalating them appropriately to business partners, including partnering with developers and other lines of business
- Communicating clearly and calmly on the telephone, email, and chat, and using effective customer service techniques with clients who may be under stress
- Demonstrating oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills, and interacting with all levels of associates
- *Essential Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- General computer navigation knowledge
- Ability to work from home with a secure and quiet workspace
- Reliable wired internet connection with minimum upload and download speeds of 15MBps (Internet Speed Test required)
- Smart phone and willingness to install an RSA token and Microsoft Teams
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

- Experience in customer service or financial services position, preferably in a large phone center
- Experience in an in-bound help desk environment
- Prior experience with Microsoft Office, general computer software troubleshooting, and/or networking connectivity problems
