As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and interactive voice response systems. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Answering and managing incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems
- Providing product information, troubleshooting, and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Learning and following all customer service procedures and policies to ensure consistency and quality
- Meeting and exceeding personal and team target goals
- Recording, organizing, and filing customer interactions and account changes
- Upselling and scheduling call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs

- Excellent customer care and focus; ability to assess customers' needs and provide the correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience

- Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
- Excellent at communicating over the phone and other communication platforms
- Basic computer skills and experience
- Able to multitask
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
