- Strive to meet and exceed personal and team target goals, consistently delivering high-quality customer service
- Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes in a secure and efficient manner
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services to customers
- Schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs and provide additional support
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide seamless support
- *Requirements and Qualifications**
- Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field (minimum 1 year)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Basic computer skills and experience with customer service software and systems
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and deliver results
- Ability to listen actively, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns in a clear and concise manner

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and customer needs
