- Schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs and ensure timely resolution
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide seamless support

- Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams
- Basic computer skills and experience with customer service software and systems
