To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and other communication platforms
  • Basic computer skills and experience with customer service software
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Ability to listen actively, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns

  • Must reside in California
