As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer experiences that exceed expectations. You'll be responsible for:

  • Answering incoming communications from customers in a timely and professional manner
  • Conducting research to provide accurate and helpful solutions to customer issues
  • Collaborating with team members to resolve complex customer issues
  • Providing product or service knowledge to customers, and explaining it in a clear and concise manner
  • *What You Bring to the Role**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of six (6) months or more of customer service experience
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Computer experience and proficiency in using technology to resolve customer issues
