- Escalating complex issues to Tier 2 Subject Matter Experts when necessary
- Assisting customers in navigating our website and available self-servicing options
- Documenting actions taken and customer interactions in our systems
- *Skills and Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a call center or customer service environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze issues and provide effective solutions
- Proficiency in basic computer software and typing skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple calls and tasks simultaneously
- Strong active listening skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and concerns
- Empathy and interpersonal sensitivity, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Certification in Financial Service Auditor or related field (an asset)
