- High School Diploma or equivalent (HSD or GED)
- 2-3 years of customer service experience (call center, retail, fast food, hospitality, or similar)
- Exceptional phone and communication skills, with a strong ability to work with people
- Computer and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to type, talk, and listen while navigating multiple computer screens
- High-quality internet bandwidth with the capability to plug into a modem
- Ability to work accurately with close attention to detail, maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency

- Bilingual Spanish language skills (pay rate: $15.50/hour)
